Assalamualaikum,
It wasn't that long a weekend, just that we had the Saturday off because of Wesak Day. So I spent half of my weekend sleeping this bad headache of mine off, including sleeping from midnight until 12:00pm today. Joined the usrah with Kak Shahira as usual ( though, a bit late, 'cause the headache was stalling me )
So. For the Digi WWWOW Internet Awards for All, I'm currently at no. 32. It's a great achievement so far to be in the Top 50, and I owe it all to my friends who kept on voting for me every day. It's not much, 'cause my blog is not as famous as Ben Ashaari's or Yuyu's or any other famous bloggers, but it's good enough for me. All I need to do now is maintain the Top 50 position before the judges pick the winners later.
For those who haven't voted for today, you may do so by clicking on the picture above. Do vote once a day if you're not too busy, it'd mean to world to me. :) Your endless support means a lot to me ;) If the impossible came true and I end up winning the prize ( some holiday trip, a flight to Sydney, one Samsung Galaxy W, one simple MasterCard preloaded with RM1000 and RM1000 cash prize ) I'd still have no idea what to do with it.
I mean, okay, the getaway to Krabi Island is for two people, so obviously I'd let my parents enjoy that holiday on their own. That flight to Sydney? My brother could go, if he wants, 'cause he didn't go last December with the rest of the family. The Samsung Galaxy W? I've already have my Galaxy Tab 10.1, so I'm still not sure of what to do with it. Probably if it's easier and better to use, I'll sell off my Galaxy Tab. The credit card and the cash. Hmm. Very tempting indeed. But I might use it to cover my expenses for my residential project soon.
To finish off my International Youth Award requirement for Gold Award, I need to do at least one week of residential project. Which, at the moment, I'm thinking of going to Cambodia for two weeks by RealGap.co.uk but it's kinda costly (£650) which is about RM3200. And that is not including meals, flight tickets, visa and all. So I might look for alternative ways to go there, or any other countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka or any countries nearby for my project.
Muizz Aziz is interested in joining me, since we're planning to do it in December 2012. And Sue Yi might be going with us as well, depending on when her SPM finishes. There's still a lot of researching needs to be done, so hopefully everything goes on well. I want to finish off my Gold Award before I fly off to the UK. The other requirements are not that hard, as I'm using my one-year programme with Starstruck! as my skill, my netball as my games, and my OBS as my adventurous journey. :)
Alright, I better be off to bed. Need a good night sleep and look fresh for tomorrow's assembly. Will be announced as acting prefect, so I need to look awesome. Oh, wait, never mind, I'm already awesome just the way I am. LOL. Okay. Just kidding. But I do need my rest. And starting from tomorrow, I'd be more focused on my studies, insyaAllah. Just over a week left until the start of my exams, so I need to FOCUS more. Kinda screwed up my C3 and S1 trials last week (not even a 90) but at least an 84 is okay for someone who didn't actually study for the trial, right? -.-' Okayyy. Need to be more serious from now on. Pray for me guys. :) And take care, will write again soon. Until then, good night :) Assalamualaikum.
